Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are available within 7–14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the dress must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and the JOIE COUTURE safety ribbon attached and intact. Please note that once the safety ribbon has been removed, the dress will no longer be eligible for exchange.

Returns & Refunds

At this time, we offer size exchanges only and do not accept returns or issue refunds.
